Matt Gladyszewski Photography:
I am a Cleveland-based photographer with a self-instilled do-it-yourself approach to digital imaging.
Whether it is the sweat pouring from the forehead of a jumping rockstar or the clouds obscuring the city from the
setting sun at Edgewater, my photography is more a journal of a life lived through my eyes.
While I still consider myself a student, my work grows and progresses by leaps and bounds with
each new challenge am presented. I am not afraid to try something different or to take other peoples idea's and
make them happen. I started this as an experiment. I am constantly continuing this experiment, and finding
different results with every new approach. Which isn't to say I am a rogue, doing whatever, whenever. I am trying
to capture a moment, and fill the scene as it appeared in real life, to capture the feeling, to capture the
excitement, the fear, the pain, the tears, the joy, the laughter, the anger, and everything else that it could possibly
be. I am trying to capture and preserve what it is like to be a person in this day and time, and present it for any
who would care to enjoy it.
My friends seem to think I am a little bit off, and that may well be so, but thats only because I spend
so much time viewing from such different perspectives .Take all that you see, on a daily basis, the mundane,
the boring, and the routine. Find a different angle to view it from, and in there lies the beauty, and that is where I can usually be found.
